What does "Error message: No importer found" mean?
The error message "Error: No importer found" will show up in the Status area if you have an input file format that is not supported by Episode or Episode Pro.

Be aware that this message can also be due to unsupported audio, video or both audio and video tracks!
Before you submit a support ticket you can try to disable the audio or video track to see which one gives the error message!
