To export WMV files using Compressor 2:
1.  Import file into Compressor.  Right click on Settings and make a New Default Setting.       Select QuickTime Export Components.
2.  Open Inspector and select Encoder Type/Windows Media 
3.  Select Options and configure your WMV export settings
4.  Save as WMV preset and then you can select that preset whenever you need it!
