As long as Final Cut Pro supports MXF playback with using an AJA or BlackMagic boards, Flip4Mac should have no problems playing video. The Flip4Mac MXF Import Component will hand off the MXF codec from the XDCAM to Final Cut 5.0 and then will turn control over to Final Cut for playing back, editing and exporting
