Subject: Intel Macs can have a conflict with Flip4Mac and Flash playback.

When attempting to view a Flash movie on your Intel Mac, you see a QuickTime logo with a question mark on it.  To fix:

• Remove the following files to your desktop from Macintosh HD/Library/Internet Plug-ins – QuickTime Plugin.plugin & QuickTime Plugin.webplugin
• Download the latest version of QuickTime from www.apple.com and reinstall.  (The reinstall adds new copies of the files you just removed.)

After testing, you can delete the files you moved to the desktop (QuickTime Plugin.plugin and QuickTime Plugin.webplugin)
