Subject: Converting WMV to iPod or iPhone

We have had reports of a problem with loss of audio when converting WMV to M4V and are investigating the fix for this issue.  If you convert your WMV to MP4, you should be able to import those videos into iTunes with audio.  OR, down-reving to Version 2.1.2.72 (available from www.flip4mac.com/wmv_previous.htm) will also resolve the conversion to iPod issue.  We should have this issues resolved soon.
